The arrogance and stupidity of Progressives knows no
bounds. You’d think the current boycott
of the NFL that has the leagues revenues plummeting would be a wake-up call to
the elitists running these companies that their political views should be kept
to themselves. But, for some
inexplicable reason the heads of these companies just can’t help themselves.
Roger Gooddell, rather than admit that fans are boycotting
watching NFL games because of the failure of over-paid and under-educated
players to stand for the national anthem, is considering changing the
game. What an ass.
Next comes the moronic CEO of Grubhub Matt Maloney who sent
an email to his employees suggesting that Trump supporters resign. Seriously, you can’t make this shit up.
This seems like a logical step to help broaden a company’s
marketing base, don’t you think? Let’s
alienate half of the American market.
Yeah, that should help sales.
Now it’s Indri Nooyi, CEO of Pepsico who openly endorsed
Barack Obama but is now trying to distance herself and her employees from
Donald Trump.
Her comments regarding her employees’ reaction to Trump’s
election makes one question who does the hiring at Pepsico? Nooyi told reporters that after Trump won,
“my employees were all scared and crying on the floor.”
“I had to answer a lot of questions from my daughters and
from our employees. They were all in
mourning.”
Nooyi just kept adding to the picture she was painting of a
corporate employee base so out of touch with reality that they were incapable
of adjusting to the electoral outcome.
“Our employees were all crying.
And the question that they’re asking, especially those that are not
white, ‘Are we safe?’ Women are asking,
‘Are we safe?’ LGBT people are asking,
‘Are we safe?’ I never thought I would
have to answer those questions.”
Seriously? Is Nooyi
suggesting that there’s not a single Trump supporter working at Pepsico? How can that be? Doesn’t Pepsico believe in, and have a policy
of, diversity?
It would be understandable for some employees to feel
threatened following the dark and divisive campaign that Hillary Clinton ran
but how can an entire corporate employee base fail to notice or acknowledge the
violence reigning down on Trump’s supporters across the entire country both pre
and post election? That doesn’t scare
Nooyi?
Nooyi cannot point to a single instance of a woman or gay
person being attacked by a Trump supporter.
Maybe she can comment on how safe this female supporter of
Trump feels.
Perhaps the biased and bigoted progressive Nooyi just didn’t
want to show her employees Trump’s outreach to the LGBTQ community during his
speech accepting the nomination of his party at the Republican National
Convention:
Corporate chieftains understand only one thing, money. When their CEO directs a $63 Billion company
for their own political agenda and it costs them money or market share it
forces the board of directors to act.
Nooyi has presided over $3.5 Billion in declining annual
sales since the company’s high point.
It’s time to send a louder message of rejection to the board of Pepsico.
Pepsi is a decent enough product if you like your liquid
poison made with dead baby parts. But for those who seek an alternative
beverage so they can send a message to Indri Nooyi and the board at Pepsico,
there’s a product almost indistinguishable from Pepsi. And, the competing product actually tastes
better.
Drink and live free!
